In 2023, Founders celebrated its 20th Anniversary, a truly memorable experience. Held at the beautiful Pursell Farms in Sylacauga, Alabama, the 3-day celebration was filled with exciting activities, delicious food, and quality time with co-workers and friends of the firm. During this time we expressed gratitude, reminisced, and celebrated the past 20 years while looking forward to the exciting future that lies ahead for Founders. We could not have asked for a better way to celebrate such a significant milestone.
We also continued to focus on our Vision to: “Become the “Gold Standard” transaction advisory firm to private companies”, and our Mission to: “Build a superior firm and thriving culture that produces exceptional results for our clients and team”. This is all underpinned by our firm commitment to our stated Purpose to: “Be Servant Leaders who value relationships and results”.
