We are Founders Advisors—a merger & acquisition firm serving middle-market companies. Our focus spans a variety of industries across the nation, including; oil and gas, industrials, software, industrial technology, consumer and multi-unit, internet, digital media, and healthcare. Through our team of experienced professionals, we utilize proven expertise and process-based solutions. We form authentic relationships with our clients to help them access growth capital, make acquisitions, and/or prepare for and execute liquidity events to achieve specific financial goals.

Our History:

With nothing but a clear vision, a strong commitment to values and a few dedicated employees, Duane Donner started Founders in 2003.

Since then, we’ve grown to over forty professionals, forming relationships with clients all over the globe and across a broad range of industries. And to think, we did all this by primarily following one simple rule—the Golden one.
