Operated by four generations of the Jones family, EAC includes a limestone quarry and sand and gravel pit in Logansport, IN and a sales yard in Michigantown, IN. EAC was exclusively advised by principals of Founders Advisors, LLC in this transaction.

Established in 1960, EAC earned its reputation as a trusted supplier of high-quality aggregates widely used in construction and infrastructure projects.
