Gregory J. Barker Mr. Barker is Executive Manager of Economic Development for Alabama Power and has been professionally involved with economic development for over fifteen years, having served as president of the Economic Development Association of Alabama.

J. David Brown Mr. Brown is the President of Jemison Investment Co., Inc., a diversified investment holding and management company with equity interests in businesses in a variety of industries and growth stages.

Hartwell Davis Mr. Davis is Chairman of the Board for Metalplate Galvanizing, Inc., a provider of hot dip industrial galvanizing serving the steel industry throughout the Southeast.

William J. Dore Mr. Dore is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Industries, Ltd., an international provider of offshore construction, engineering and support services trading on the NASDAQ exchange under the ticker symbol GLBL.

Chris Hodges Pastor Hodges is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Church of the Highlands, a non-denominational Christian church located in Birmingham, and has been involved in time ministry for over 20 years.

W. Brent Peinhard Mr. Peinhardt is the founder and president of Vantage Associates, a general management consulting company specializing in strategic planning.
