The new capital will support the growth of its lake agent team in Alabama and expand its geographic footprint into other Southeastern states.

LHR was established in 2009 by an affiliated holding company of Founders Investment Banking, Digital Media Holdings. A husband and wife management team, Glenn and Doris Phillips, lead the business with a combined 40 plus years of experience at the intersection of technology and real estate. The company’s website, a first in its class, is equipping these consumers with a centralized portal from which to view all MLS lake property listings through an intuitive user interface.
