The Founders team enjoyed attending John Maxwell Live at the Church of the Highlands Grants Mill Campus earlier this week, where Maxwell shared content from his book, The 5 Levels of Leadership; over 2000 business owners and community leaders were in attendance. Founders was a Level 5 Leader Sponsor of the event, and Duane Donner led the charge on the sponsor committee to raise over $1.2 million for Highlands College.   All event proceeds go to benefit Highlands College expansion, scholarships, and endowments.  In addition to leading the sponsor committee, Duane also serves as Chairman of the Highlands College Advisory Board.

Highlands College is a two-year program that gives students a chance to receive hands-on ministry training in a healthy, college environment where relationships and spiritual growth are top priorities. Highlands College incorporates ministry training, student life, and academics within the culture at Church of the Highlands. Students complete Highlands College prepared for ministry and ready to live out the calling God has placed on their life.
