Over the past 18 months, Founders has added two new M&A practice groups, focused on serving industrial technology and healthcare companies. To support this growth, the firm has brought on additional talented professionals to better serve clients’ needs.

Billy Pritchard is an associate for the firm. Prior to joining Founders, Billy served as Director of Corporate Development at Surgical Care Affiliates, where his team was responsible for the execution of merger and acquisition opportunities in the healthcare services space.

A native of Birmingham, Billy received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.  After completing his undergraduate degree, he earned his J.D. / M.B.A from the University of Alabama School of Law and Manderson Graduate School of Business.

Kendrick Vinar and David Szell have come on board as analysts with the primary responsibility of supporting principals in client service and execution of deals across the firm. Their duties include conducting industry and company research, preparing financial analysis, and facilitating due diligence.

Kendrick is from Chapel Hill, North Carolina and graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a Concentration in Economics and a Secondary in Computer Science. David is originally from Milton, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Finance.
