Founders recently hired a practice group manager, Rebecca Askew, and analyst Jacob Brackmann, to support the firm’s growth.

As practice group manager, Rebecca supports the technology team in practice management, business development, as well as overseeing specific marketing and events. Prior to joining Founders, Rebecca served as Business Development Manager for Vaco and Marketing Manager for Awarix. She received her B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from the University of North Alabama.

Jacob’s primary responsibility is to support principals in the execution of deals across the firm.  His duties include conducting industry and company research, preparing financial analysis, and facilitating due diligence.

Prior to joining Founders, Jacob completed internships with Founders Advisors, Grant Thornton’s Transaction Services team in Charlotte, NC, and Rehmann Financial Group in Grand Rapids, MI. Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, Jacob received a Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama’s Manderson Graduate School of Business. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama Honors College with a double major in Finance and Accounting.
