Founders is relationship driven; our firm’s purpose is “To Grow Leaders and Build Lasting Relationships”. We are driven by forming relationships with those we serve, this also includes our coworkers and peers. 2020 has provided its challenges for connecting, but the firm has been intentional about safely ensuring the camaraderie among the team has not been lost. It was nice to gather out on The Club terrace recently to catch-up and connect. The view is the best in the city, the sunset was remarkable, but the conversations and relationships strengthened were priceless.
