At Founders, our purpose is to grow leaders and build lasting relationships. We work steadfastly on supporting and developing the team into the leaders we know they can become and creating an environment conducive to relationship development.

In addition to the other events Founders hosts throughout the year, in 2021 we have added regular team socials to our event calendar to foster relationship building and celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries/milestones and deal closings. The new Birmingham office space was intentionally designed to accommodate these types of events and activities, and it adds a fun element to our otherwise high-intensity industry.

This month the Energy and Industrial Services team hosted the Firm Social, where they encouraged everyone to tap into their inner Texan cowboy. The details were fantastic – from the menu, to the décor, to the party favors, activities, and playlist. Thankfully the summer rain held off for most of the social, but we did not let it ruin our fun!
