Founders hosted friends and colleagues for the annual, world-class Impact Leadership Conference on Wednesday, December 7^th featuring Dr. John C. Maxwell, Pastor Chris Hodges and best-selling author, Jamie Kern Lima.  The virtual conference, formerly John Maxwell Live, was a held in Birmingham, Alabama at Church of the Highlands’ Grandview Campus.

The free-of-charge event provided attendees an incredible opportunity to experience professional leadership development with practical application. This year’s speakers included John Maxwell, No. 1 New York Times bestselling author, coach, and speaker; Jamie Kern Lima, founder and creator of IT Cosmetics, as well as New York Times best seller; and Chris Hodges, founder and senior pastor of Church of the Highlands, founder and chancellor of Highlands College, and co-founder of ARC (Association of Related Churches).

Dr. John C. Maxwell spoke on Thirteen Certainties of Leadership, including:
