At the beginning of each new year, the Founders team comes together at the Birmingham headquarters to reflect on the prior year and look forward to the one ahead. After gathering for a big team breakfast, the firm took time to revisit our goals from the beginning of 2022 and recognize the achievements of the firm and our clients. We celebrated a year full of exciting changes and successes, as well as a record year of internal growth. Each practice group head presented their action plans for the year to come and reflected on the results of the previous year.
