This Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Founders team invested in the local community by working at Barrett Elementary School to improve the facilities for the children who attend. Barrett Elementary is a pre-K through 5th grade school with over 500 students on the outskirts of downtown Birmingham.

A bi-annual tradition, Founders staff spends one Saturday in July and MLK Day aiding local causes in tangible, helpful ways. This year at Barrett Elementary, the firm completed projects including everything from painting cabinets to cleaning lockers, installing corkboards in the hallways and replacing chalkboards with dry erase boards.
