At Founders, our purpose is to be servant-leaders who value relationships and results. We work steadfastly on supporting and developing the team into the leaders we know they can become and creating an environment conducive to relationship development.

In addition to the other events Founders hosts throughout the year, we hold regular team socials on our event calendar to foster relationship-building, celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries/milestones and deal closings.

This month, the Corporate team hosted the first firm social of the year at Autobahn Indoor Speedway. As always, the team enjoyed good food, laughs and quality time with each other outside the office. After a few intense rounds of racing, Senior Analyst, Daniel Kehl scored the first-place trophy, with Founders’ President, Wes Legg, in second, and Controller, Casey Dennis, taking home third. Thanks to the Corporate team for planning such an awesome night!
