BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (August 18, 2023) – Founders is pleased to announce that certain principals of Founders Advisors, LLC advised Perimeter Insect Guard (“Perimeter”) in its sale to Full Guard Capital. The transaction closed on August 8, 2023.

Perimeter, founded in 1994 with facilities in Taylorsville and Stonewall, MS, is the largest provider of insecticide treatment services for uniforms and garments, primarily used by the various branches of the U.S. Military. The Company treats uniforms with an EPA-approved chemical mixture that repels insects, protecting against numerous pathogens such as malaria, Zika virus, Dengue fever, Lyme disease, etc. Perimeter has built long-standing relationships with its customers over the Company’s history serving the military industry and has a proven reputation with prime contractors, establishing themselves as the go-to solution for military uniform insecticide treatment.
