Founders hosted friends and colleagues for the annual, world-class Impact Leadership Conference on Wednesday, December 6^th featuring Dr. John C. Maxwell, Pastor Chris Hodges, Doris Kearns Goodwin, and Dan Cathy.  The live-streamed conference was a held in Birmingham, Alabama at Church of the Highlands’ Grandview Campus.

The free-of-charge event provided attendees an incredible opportunity to experience professional leadership development with practical application. This year’s speakers included John Maxwell, No. 1 New York Times bestselling author, leadership coach, and world-renowned speaker; Dan Cathy, Chairman & CEO of Chick-fil-A; Doris Kearns Goodwin, Presidential Historial and Pulitzer Prize Winner; and Chris Hodges, founder and senior pastor of Church of the Highlands, founder and chancellor of Highlands College, and co-founder of ARC (Association of Related Churches).
