Founders is pleased to announce that certain principals of Founders Advisors, LLC advised Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care, P.A. (“Advanced Dermatology”) in its sale to Forefront Dermatology, a portfolio company of Partners Group. The transaction closed on September 16, 2024.

Advanced Dermatology is a four-location, six-physician dermatology practice focused on providing exceptional patient care to the greater Houston area since 2005. The team at Advanced Dermatology is excited to bring on a partner in Forefront Dermatology to help continue their success story. Dr. Sherry Ingraham, Co-Owner of Advanced Dermatology, commented, “We are excited to be joining the Forefront Dermatology team and are looking forward to contributing to the overall success of Forefront as well as continuing to grow Advanced Dermatology throughout Houston.”

Founders Advisors served as the exclusive advisor to Advanced Dermatology throughout the transaction, utilizing their knowledge in the dermatology specialty.
