Founders Hosts 2024 Fall Heritage Forum at Pursell Farms

This October, Founders hosted the Fall Heritage Forum at the scenic Pursell Farms in Sylacauga, Alabama. This powerful retreat offered a unique space for high-capacity leaders to reflect, grow, and engage in meaningful discussions centered on living a life of significance and building a purposeful Heritage that leaves a Godly legacy.

The forum featured a dynamic blend of teaching sessions, small group discussions, fireside chats, and recreational activities, including golf and shooting, all complemented by five-star meals. The central theme focused on crafting a Heritage Vision©—an intentional plan that encompasses key aspects of one’s personal and professional life in alignment with their purpose and legacy.

Leaders participated in interactive sessions led by a team of seasoned leaders, covering topics like “Beginning with the End in Mind,” “Life Purpose,” “Family Vision, Mission, and Values,” “Unity and Harmony with Your Spouse,” “Living Generously,” and “Family Meetings.” These sessions were designed to challenge and equip participants to create an actionable Heritage Vision as they make steps forward in their journey.

The retreat culminated in a reflective moment atop the mountain at the renowned “secret place,” where David Pursell, Founder and CEO of Pursell Farms, shared a powerful message that left a lasting impact.

The Fall Heritage Forum is an invite-only event designed for high-capacity leaders who seek to maximize their potential and guide their families toward an intentional Godly legacy. As Billy Graham once said, “The greatest legacy one can pass on to one’s children and grandchildren is not money or other material things accumulated in one’s life, but rather a legacy of character and faith.”
