(“Exterior Medics”) in its sale to Infinity Home Services Inc. (“IHS”), a portfolio company of Freeman Spogli & Co. (“Freeman Spogli”). The transaction closed on October 4, 2024.

Exterior Medics is a home-exterior remodeling service provider to residential and multifamily properties across the Washington D.C. metro area. The Company was founded in 2008 and offers a wide variety of building-exterior repair and renovation services including roofing, siding, carpentry, decking, and much more.
