Birmingham, Ala. (January 14, 2026) – Founders is pleased to announce that certain principals of Founders Advisors, LLC advised Pinson Valley Heat Treating Company, Inc. (“PVHT”) in its sale to Weinberg Capital Group (“WCG”). The transaction closed on December 5, 2025.

Founded in 1970, PVHT is a leading provider of metal heat treating services to aerospace and defense, automotive, and general industrial end markets. The Company is headquartered in Birmingham, AL and has built a strong reputation for technical expertise, quality, and reliable turnaround times.
