Associate was exclusively advised by principals of Founders Advisors, LLC in this transaction. The transaction closed on April 16, 2026.

Founded in 1975, Associate Roofing is a leading provider of residential retail re-roofing and repair solutions. The Company operates across coastal New England, serving high-end clientele who prioritize quality, high level service, and expert craftsmanship.
