BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (October 30, 2026) – Founders is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cascon, Inc. (“Cascon”) and Chamberlain Machine, LLC (“Chamberlain”) by Mangrove Equity Partners. Cascon & Chamberlain were exclusively advised by principals of Founders Advisors, LLC in this transaction.

Cascon and Chamberlain operate together as a designer and manufacturer of custom pumps and fluid handling solutions, providing mission critical products for customers across the aerospace, medical, and industrial end markets. After decades of working closely together to deliver premier service and products to their customers, Cascon and Chamberlain are thrilled to now be formally combined as a unified platform.
