Erik Budde

Erik is a product-focused entrepreneur who has started and successfully sold two companies as CEO of T2 Media.

The first site, AboutAirportParking.com, was launched with a home equity loan and became one of the two largest online travel agencies (OTA) in airport parking. The site drove more than $10m of annual value to 140 partners across the United States before it was sold to Oversee.net, a private equity backed travel aggregator.

Most recently, Erik ran RothIRA.com. RothIRA.com ranked #1 for virtually every search term in its niche and drew more than 3.5m annual visitors. Supported by direct relationships with Fidelity, Merrill Lynch and others, RothIRA.com became bothly highly profitable as well as a top source of new customers for partners. RothIRA.com was sold to Investopedia/IAC (NASDAQ: IAC).

Prior to starting T2 Media, Erik was COO of Trouvé Media, a lead generation company that was sold to Bankrate (NASDAQ: RATE). He learned product management and user experience at a variety of Silicon Valley companies including Intuit, Yahoo, Excite@Home and Microsoft.

Erik has an MBA from Stanford Business School and a Bachelors degree from UC-Berkeley. He lives outside San Francisco with his wife and two children.

Sanders (Sandy) Pitman 

Sandy is currently a Venture Partner with Eastside Partners and has managed a boutique alternative investment fund for a family office.  He has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, operator and investor in healthcare services companies with an emphasis in both provider and payor HCIT companies.  

In 2001 he was appointed President and CEO of Electronic Healthcare Systems, Inc. (EHS) in a turnaround situation as it had a burn rate of $18m a year.  The company was rebranded SuccessEHS (SEHS) and transformed into a SAAS company providing Electronic Health Record solutions to the ambulatory market.  By 2013 SEHS was approaching 50MM in revenue, and he led the company through an auction process and sale to a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company.  Most recently he took over as president of a medical device re-processor, doubling its revenue, leading it to profitability, and ultimately a successful sale to Stryker Corporation. 

Early in his career he was a founder of MACESS Corp, a pioneer in imaging-based CRM solutions for managed healthcare and health insurance companies that ultimately merged with SunGuard Data Systems.  Sandy also ran the managed care division of Nichols TXEN, which provided SaaS based claims, administration, and medical management systems to managed care companies. After its acquisition by Computer Sciences Corporation, he assumed the role of SVP of its payor software division with 1100 associates and $140m in revenue. 

Sandy resides in Birmingham and currently serves as a board member and advisor to several HCIT companies. 

Drew Sanocki

Drew runs Empire Growth Group, a hybrid consulting agency, services provider and investment vehicle. Through Empire, he provides digital growth advice and services and performs diligence for investment firms and their portfolio companies.

Most recently, Drew was CMO of Teamwork.com, a $20m ARR project management saas company. There he worked to build out a marketing team and professionalize new user acquisition and activation programs.

Formerly, he was the CMO of Karmaloop.com, taking the company from bankruptcy to break-even over 9 months. His marketing automation and customer segmentation rules drove over $100 million in transactions in 2015 alone.

Drew actively serves on the board of FoxCommerce.com, IJR.com, SnoweHome.com, and FanPrint.com.

Drew earned an MBA from Stanford Business School and a Bachelors degree from Harvard. He lives in New York City with his wife and two children.

Following ion’s acquisition by ScribbleLive, Anna co-founded Beacon9, a consultancy that provides advisory services for software companies in the areas of marketing, sales, and capital-efficiency. Anna lives in Nashville with her husband and two children.
