Billy Pritchard is Head of the Consumer Group at Founders Advisors.
A career M&A professional, Billy brings over 13 years of deal experience in the lower middle market. Billy joined Founders Advisors as an Associate in 2017, and he has successfully led deals across a variety of industries for our firm including Technology, Consumer, Business Services, Healthcare, and Industrials. Prior to joining Founders Advisors, Billy worked on the buyside for Surgical Care Affiliates (backed by TPG Capital & then Optum), where his team was responsible for the execution of merger and acquisition opportunities in the multi-unit healthcare services space.
A native of Birmingham, Billy received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama. After completing his undergraduate degree, he earned his J.D. / M.B.A. from the University of Alabama School of Law and Manderson Graduate School of Business. His securities credentials include Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
Outside of the office, Billy enjoys spending time with his family (wife – Louise, daughter – Forrest, and son – Bo). He is also an avid golfer.
