Cynthia Johnson is the Office Manager and Practice Group Coordinator for the Industrials Team. As the Office Manager, Cynthia oversees vendor relations, purchases supplies for the team and manages building facility items. As the Practice Group Coordinator for the Industrials Team, Cynthia provides fundamental support in all phases of client services and client relationship building. She is involved in business development, as well as overseeing specific marketing and events. Prior to joining Founders, Cynthia was the Program Manager and Executive Assistant at WVTM 13- Hearst Television for 11+ years.
Cynthia graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in marketing. She serves on the Board of Better Basics, which provides literacy intervention and enrichment programs for students in Birmingham and surrounding areas. Cynthia resides in Trussville with her husband Jonathan and three children Ayden, Lily, and Roxy.
