Katie Spinks, Human Resources Manager, supports Founders Advisors through multiple aspects of human resources, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members; and employee satisfaction and retention.
Before joining Founders, Katie served as the Executive Director of the Office of Institutional Advancement at Highlands College.
Katie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama, majoring in Public Relations and double-minoring in Computer Science and Creative Writing. When she is not in the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, reading, working out, and relaxing at the lake.
