BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (March 1, 2024) – Founders is pleased to announce that certain principals of Founders Advisors, LLC advised C&C Fence (“C&C”) in its sale to Perimeter Solutions Group (“PSG”). The transaction closed on February 20, 2024.

C&C Fence, located in McDonough, GA, has a 40+ year track record as the leading provider of commercial and industrial fencing, temporary barriers, and access control services in the greater Atlanta market. Additionally, through its Lady Fencer division, it is a reseller of materials to the local contractor community. Linda and David Clark will continue to operate the C&C Fence company, while Jennifer Moore will also be leading the Lady Fencer division.

Perimeter Solutions Group was established by Sam Rosati (Founder, Pursuant Capital) and Chris Kliefoth (former CEO of Nationwide Industries) as a platform to provide integrated fence, gate, access automation, and temporary barrier services to the non-residential industry end market.
