Founders is excited to announce the recent additions to our growing firm: Alyce Head and David Szell. Alyce will be joining us as Hospitality Manager, and David as a Senior Associate on the Industrials team.

Alyce Head

As Hospitality Manager, Alyce ensures the smooth operation of office management along with crafting memorable events for both the team and clients. Prior to joining Founders, Alyce served as Director of Hospitality for Church of the Highlands. She also spent several years with both Hoffman Media and Southern Progress where she successfully grew her skillsets to become a lifestyle expert when it comes to hospitality, entertaining, and decorating.

Alyce graduated from Auburn with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with an emphasis in commercial design. When she is not in the office, she enjoys hosting family and friends, all things creative, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She has a heart for the recovery community and serves on the board at Turning Point Foundation, a faith-based program for men struggling with substance use disorder.

David Szell

David Szell is a Senior Associate for Founders Advisors with the primary responsibility of supporting transaction principals in execution of deals within the Industrials Group. David started his career as an analyst at Founders and worked for a total of ~5 years before pursuing an opportunity in Private Equity. Most recently, David was the Vice President of Finance for Plymstock Capital and its holding Company, Power Support Partners.

David graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and loves anything outdoors.
