Birmingham, Ala. (September 29, 2025) – Founders is pleased to announce that certain principals of Founders Advisors, LLC advised ES Integrated (“ES”) in its sale to Eagle Merchant Partners (“Eagle”). The transaction closed September 24, 2025.

Founded in 2001, ES Integrated has grown into a comprehensive provider of mission-critical industrial and environmental solutions serving customers in the chemicals, manufacturing, energy and power, pulp and paper, and government sectors. The company is headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, and operates from eight locations across the Southeast.
